It’s not easy being green, and that’s especially true if you transform like Hulk. I mean, he has to get new clothes every time he goes from being Bruce Banner to the green guy. Mark DaSilva understands some of Hulk’s issues because he made a Hulk suit for a transformation of his own. He used Hot Toys’ Hulk for reference for his costume.
Mark sculpted the many muscles, as well as Hulk’s head (pictures below). He cast the head, hands, and feet from latex; everything is sculpted foam with a latex skin. It took several months to make.
