Meccano-Style Marionette | #puppet

In this model built by Craig Longhurst you can see the marionette lever uses Meccano parts to create a simple ‘catch and release’ of the slack of rope attached to the puppet’s limbs:

Which when rotated creates a lovely little dancing puppet:

It’s a great use of Meccano parts and shows how you can totally build something from parts they’re otherwise not intended for 🙂
