The puzzle “Wild Life” by Educa is nearly 36 lbs. and comes in a wooden case with rolling wheels to move it around, before finally measuring more than 5′ x 18′ once completed!
Separate-but-different, it appears a number of people have assembled (and created timelapse videos of their assembly) this puzzle. I dig this guy’s installation method and finish (the corner technique is especially interesting):
