Tony D. in town for @makerfaire @tdicola @adafruit

Tony D. stopped by to get ready for what will be a fantastic weekend!

Here’s what he had to say:

Hi I’m Tony D. and work on creative engineering for Adafruit.  I create a lot of code, guides, and content that help people use Adafruit parts with hardware like Raspberry Pi, Arduino, CircuitPython and more.  I’m out at Adafruit headquarters this week to check out World Maker Faire and can’t wait to see the fun makers and projects there.  If you’re at World Maker Faire check out a talk I’m giving on Sunday, “Make With Python”, where I’ll explore and demo different hardware that can help you get started coding projects more easily with the Python programming language.  Like another well-known Tony I have an arc reactor on my chest, but mine is built from Adafruit parts and runs Python code!

Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
