Svetlana Quindt, a.k.a Kamui Cosplay, normally makes costumes that heavily feature armor, but she decided to switch it up in order to make a Miqo’te cosplay from Final Fantasy XIV. She decided to make a starter set outfit for the Miqo’te, and it doesn’t have any armor. She says she used easy to find and sew materials, and she goes through the process step by step in the above video.
