A General Antiope Costume Ready for Battle

The movie Wonder Woman wouldn’t have been the same without the Amazons of Themyscira. Fierce, caring, and ready to protect their home, the Amazons were incredible warriors. And they were led by General Antiope. Cosplayer Fiasco Fox made an Antiope costume for Dragon Con and wore it again for Halloween. She crafted it from the ground up except for Antiope’s tiara. She says:

80% Leather, 15% worbla, and 5% pleather costume made entirely by me (except for tiara which is a 3D print model by RAWRBOMB finished by me). The costume took about 2 months in total, contains over 600 rivets, 1/2 gal of leather dye, all finished with sweat, blood, and tears.

And she added all those rivets by hand.

Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
