Magazine publisher and broadcast company Meredith Corp. said Sunday afternoon it will acquire Time Inc. in a deal valued at $2.8 billion, a further sign of the steep challenges facing the print magazine industry.
Putting this up here so I can search for it later. If you go to readymade.com it goes to Better Homes & Gardens – http://www.bhg.com/decorating/do-it-yourself/. The archives of the magazine are now gone. Meredith currently owns (according to Wikipedia):
- Ageless Iron
- American Baby
- American Patchwork & Quilting
- Better Homes and Gardens
- Country Life
- Diabetic Living
- Eat This, Not That
- Every Day with Rachael Ray
- Family Circle
- Living the Country Life
- Midwest Living
- Parents (and its Spanish language counterpart, Ser Padres)
- Siempre Mujer
- Traditional Home
