Redditor Sledgehammer Cosplay is ready to take to the sea in his Maui cosplay. He brought the character from Disney’s Moana to life using a tattooed bodysuit from Etsy seller Wakandan Props and a handmade fish hook, leafy loincloth, and necklace. He used pink foam to make the demigod’s hook and carved the details in with a woodburning tool. You can get a look at the prop in an early stage below, as well as see the 3mm craft foam Sledgehammer Cosplay cut into leaf shapes and painted by hand to make Maui’s loincloth.
