Very cool video from our friends at Gotham Sound & Communications who wired up a custom lighting control system for one of their customers. The idea being when the technician begins recording on their 970 audio recorder a studio light immediately switches on for the performer. The 970 has a Phoenix connector on the rear wired up to XLR, which then runs into the Controllable Four Outlet Power Relay (Power Switch Tail Alternative) we sell in the shop. Easy – and smart! – setup:
