I was tired of my sockets ending up out of order and rolling about in my tool box. So I made this set of metric and standard (SAE, inch) holders that can be secured to your tool box with glue or assembled with a flexible magnet strip (available at walmart 1″ wide x 10 foot for about $4USD). The magnet method is what I did. It lightly holds the sockets from falling out and secures it to the bottom of a metal tool box.
