Adafruit Stencils #ManufacturingMonday (video)

We use thin stainless steel stencils to apply solder paste to our products. These laser cut stencils can be amazingly intricate and must survive tens of thousands of cycles over the course of their service.

  1. I didn’t know Adafruit had fab and assembly in house. I design PCB’s for a living and it is interesting to see how others do boards. We do small quantity, but some have very many parts.

    This was neat to see, thank you.
