Photographer MineralBlu was on hand for Katsucon 2018 earlier in February. The convention is the first big nerd gathering of the year, and it’s a chance for cosplayers to show off something new for the season. For example, Canvas Cosplay debuted his Dynasty Warriors 9 Lu Bu costume at the event. Armor to gowns, fur to feathers, MineralBlu captured a range of cosplay at the event and edited the footage together in the above 15 minute video. One of my favorite parts of the video is that MineralBlu took the time to label what movie, video game, comic, etc. every costume is from.
