Switch & Lever made some hangers from “round stock” and made a custom jig to do so – the jig is really clever, especially the ‘clamping slot’ cut into the jig (totally gonna use that trick for future dowel jigs!).
Drilling angled holes can be a challenge and a half, and it’s compounded by drilling into round stock. Follow along as I solve this issue, without fancy tools (beyond a drill press), and build some nice wall mounted hangers in the process.
