Whenever I need a quick dose of creative inspiration, I like to look at what other people are making. Sometimes I flip through albums overflowing with process pictures, but sometimes I go an easier route and just press play on cosplay music vidoes. I like checking out what sort of costumes were worn at recent conditions to get an idea of what’s trending or to see nostalgic callbacks from movies and films of the past.
These two videos from WonderCon, held recently in Anaheim, California, show off a range of cosplay from Ryuk from Death Note, to a genderbent Mononoke from Princess Mononoke, to D.Va from Overwatch. The above video is by BeShiek, while the below is by FanService Renji.
