Adafruit is a USA company, however privacy is important for you and for us; this is true no matter where you are located and no matter where you call home.
Adafruit’s updated Privacy Policy is here (https://www.adafruit.com/privacy). We do our best to collect and store the minimal amount of information to process your orders, run the site, etc.
Adafruit continues to respect do not track on it’s site (https://www.eff.org/issues/do-not-track). That is important to us, we hope that is also important to you.
We’ve added specifics in the privacy policy on how to control, edit, and remove information.
