ETG is an autonomous RC car that utilizes a RPi 3 and Arduino to localize itself in the environment and avoid colliding into other bots.
This project was made for the International Autonomous Robot Racing Challenge in Waterloo, Canada. I was the only single-man team and only high schooler from the USA to compete in the competition. All it needs to work is a bunch of training data and a cloud server. Once you collect training data, which is essentially showing the car how to drive around the track, you train it using any machine learning you want on a cloud server. You then run this model on your car and you can see it drive!
