I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – the die shot is equivalent to modern art! (And sometimes a Rorschach test.) The work of art & engineering that we’re able to fit inside various package types is incredible, and when zoomed in up close like Zeptobars does so well it is its own art to admire! Originally contained in a SOT-223 package that itself only measures 6.5mm x 3.56mm (x 1.6mm high) the die inside is a mere 781×780 µm 😮
Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
