This video shows our stencil machine placing an array of support pins that will keep a panel of PCBs pressed firmly up against the stencil while in production. This machine uses an electromagnetic head to grab and position support pins in preparation for a production run.
When not in use these pins are stored in a rotating carousel deep within the machine. We create custom arrays of pins for each product, tailored to where they most need support.
