Open House New York 2018: October 12 – 14

Open House NY is almost here! Thanks to Jay for bringing this to our attention. Jay writes:

Factory fans in New York City will be able to tour many buildings usually closed to the public as part of Open House New York Weekend. Some require reservations but at the low price of $5 a ticket you’ll have to get these quickly on September 25th at 11 am for the October 12th to 14th event.

Some gems:

– The New School’s Making Center

– New York University Tandon School of Engineering Makerspace

– Kepco, Inc. (a manufacturer of high tech DC power supplies including those that run the city’s fire department call boxes)
