Dark Side or Far Side: The Moon’s Other Half #SaturdayMorningCartoons
With the China’s Chang’e-4 spacecraft setting controls for the other side of the moon, our mind is on the moon as well. Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon has been taking college students and mopey teenagers on a grand trip for decades. As a metaphor, we’re here for it. As an accurate description? Maybe not. Check out this video about the moon’s other side, from Roble Education
Is there a dark side of the moon we never see? Well, yes and no. There is a side we never see from earth, but it isn’t always dark. Watch here to learn more. What is that round thing in the sky that keeps changing its shape? Why is it visible at night, but also during the day? Is it really made of cheese? Watch this video and learn about our closest celestial neighbor, the moon!
