This video shows how the stencil machine applies solder paste to PCB panels. A wafer-thin stainless steel stencil is used to precisely apply solder paste to boards as they pass through, moving on to the pick-n-place where they will be populated with components. The stencil machine is one of our essential robotic helpers – it’s the first step in a PCB’s journey towards becoming a finished product and allows us to apply solder paste to bare PCBs with 0.01mm accuracy!
