We published some notes on how to create input devices for the Xbox Adaptive Controller. As always we’d love to hear how these are, and how they can be better.
Previously only released to limited designers, the full specification is now available (PDF) for all people interested in building custom interface devices for the Xbox adaptive controller.
Previously the subject of an Adafruit John Park Workshop, the Xbox Adaptive Game Controller allows for custom Xbox gaming inputs. With the official specification, adaptive technologists and makers can wire in designs of their own which, when matching Microsoft’s specification, will provide custom inputs. Yay!
