Having had a serious profession for 40 years (flying commercial for A/A International), I have a tendency to speak frankly and to the point. Words matter, as they say. I have written both praise and criticism as I see it pertaining to AdaFruit products and services. I am hoping that my suggestions are taken as being non-personal and being constructive in nature and that they are helpful to your business. Generally, my experience through life tells me that people tend to reject criticism unless we have confidence in the person voicing it. That is one reason I have tried to be sure that I am just as quick to praise as to be critical. I was just reading your file on “Introducing Trinket” and this is one of those times to praise. THAT is incredible work by you and your employees.
So, thank you very much for the product AND the documentation to use it. AdaFruit is my “go-to” company for anything Arduino. Yes, I do order via Amazon Prime for obvious reasons. But, I still search for AdaFruit first. Product loyalty is difficult to attain and you all have earned mine.
