Magnetic levitation vase – The easy way! #3DThursday #3DPrinting

Here is a project to levitate plants with an electromagnetic levitation system. It’s plug and play 🙂

It is based on a long video making of I did, but unfortunately in French. You can at least watch it to see the result and some steps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PReFCGeL9M8

You will find two groups of STL files: one is the nice vase+base and another one is a simple cap for the levitation device and associated magnet, to put any kind of models on top of it for levitation. The first group has two different bases. one which can host the ring led and the same without the ring led support. this last one can be printed up-side-down without supports at all.

If you don’t have a 3D printer yet, as you can see with the kind of grass plant, you can just deal with some existing vases and holder to create some cool stuff!
