Actinius, is now shipping a “plug & play” development board and firmware with Adafruit FeatherWing compatibility.
The 50.8 x 22.8mm Actinius Icarus IoT Board retails for around $100 and employs a Nordic Semiconductor nRF9160 System-in-Package (SiP); a 64MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor supported by 1MB of Flash and 256KB of RAM memory; support for both Nano SIM and embedded SIM (eSIM) technology; Arm Trustzone and Ar, Cryptocell 310 security; and an over-the-air-update (OTAU) platform developed by Actinius that is said to support “always secure and up-to-date firmware.”
