From the excellent MOCM, here’s a great DIY cassette rig.
The Tapetron -2 module is based on the idea of the early samplers. 2 portable cassette players playing pre-recorded tapes or loop tapes the controls (for each tape) are: on/off the motor, sound play /trigger, volume, motor speed, Dc — battery power, line in, line out.
