How to build your own DIY Arduino 3D printed Spectrophotometer at home, to analyse the transmission properties of samples in solution.
We use a small prism to create a spectrum, which is shined through an aperture onto a sample, and the intensity of the light that passes through is measured. This project took 1.5 months from start to completion.
