DIY Girls Silent Auction is Live! @DIYGirls

DIY Girls empowers girls all across the Los Angeles Area! Their silent auction is happening now until November 10th at 7:00pm. Check out all the items up for bid – including a $100 Gift certificate from Adafruit! From the DIY Girls website:

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to bid on coded artwork and 3D printed planters created by our DIY Girls, gift cards, and so much more! Click below to view all of our auction items. The auction will close on November 10th at 7:00pm. All proceeds raised will benefit and empower young girls across Los Angeles to persist in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

Board chair of the non-profit, Jo Wright says:

We support girls in low-income communities in LA with free STEM afterschool programs, to increase their confidence, interest and success in technology, engineering, and making. We serve girls from 5th grade through 12th, with a goal of helping to create a more inclusive and diverse world, where more women in technology create meaningful change. Our elementary and middle school girls do creative electronics and making classes, so our girls and our supporters are very familiar with circuitry and making!

You can bid on a $100 Adafruit Gift certificate and check out all of the items up for bid at DIY Girls!
