If you registered your drone early on when the system was established by the Federal Aviation Administration, you probably need to finally renew. This applies to you if you completed your drone registration directly with the FAA before the new, DroneZone website was established in January 2018. Alas, drone years are a bit like dog years, in that nothing is that old — yet the entire registration website changed in just a few years.
