Anyone who’s been paying any attention to the development and release of Cyberpunk 2077 knows that there have been a number of controversies swirling around the company that created the game, CD Projekt Red. There have been accusations of oppressive labor practices, company comments and game elements that have been perceived as transphobic, and the use of racial stereotypes.
In response to all of this, and to support independent creators, Nate Kiernan has curated a bundle of cyberpunk zines, games, and music. For $60, you can get “a collection of inventive genre works to counteract the harm of 2077. Support independent creators exploring identity, artificial intelligence, class, gender, and transhumanism.”
