Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services Custom Speech has been used to create this concatenative text-to-speech model. It’s glitchy and I can’t share it, at least for now (it’s a grey area in copyright law, plus I only have a Free Subscription on Microsoft Azure). So, it’s just a demo.
