Last year we were fortunate enough to receive a grant that allowed us to purchase pretty much the full suite of Atlas Scientific’s environmental sensors. Between their sensors and your actuators and other goodies, there isn’t a growing variable that we cannot monitor, creatively visualize, and remotely or automatically adjust.
Adafruit IO was the icing on the cake. Especially in these remote learning circumstances, the dashboards we have created allow students to continue monitoring and adjusting our grow lab even when they are not in the classroom. Here are a few screen shots of the dashboards we have created for observing variables, adjusting system parameters, and calibrating sensors.
