When we sit down to read The Odyssey or Don Quixote, we don’t generally think “I’ll do a little retro reading.” More likely we think “Hey look at this smartie reading a classic!” Which is why I hereby declare that when we sit down to play Pac-Man or Tetris or Katamari Damacy we say to ourselves “Hey look at this smartie playing the classics!” And as a full-grown adult, wouldn’t be nice to reach down underneath our retro arcade barrel and grab an adult beverage? Here’s more on the project from the Raspberry Pi Blog:
A Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ runs RetroPie, offering all sorts of classic games to entertain you while you sample from the grownup goodies hidden away in the drinks cabinet.
