Hi…just had to
write you and say thanks for your continued efforts to be open during all
the craziness. I’m a business analyst for a credit union, and recently got a
Raspberry Pi 3+ to use as a thin client, but I’ve become totally obsessed
with open source hardware and coding. This is something that has always
interested me, but during the pandemic it’s just been such a joy to learn
python, build a camera for my kids, and feel empowered by technology instead
of beholden to it. I needed to pass this along because it has really changed
the way I look at my role, my future career, and a new hobby for my kids and
I to be involved in. Thank-you! The next thing we plan on tackling is
soldering…There are even other suppliers here in Canada that are fine, but I have to
say that I actually enjoy purchasing from you more. Love your videos, and
the project pages, and your very timely shipping – please feel free to share
with anyone that is a part of making your service great.

Stop breadboarding and soldering – start making immediately! Adafruit’s Circuit Playground is jam-packed with LEDs, sensors, buttons, alligator clip pads and more. Build projects with Circuit Playground in a few minutes with the drag-and-drop MakeCode programming site, learn computer science using the CS Discoveries class on code.org, jump into CircuitPython to learn Python and hardware together, TinyGO, or even use the Arduino IDE. Circuit Playground Express is the newest and best Circuit Playground board, with support for CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. It has a powerful processor, 10 NeoPixels, mini speaker, InfraRed receive and transmit, two buttons, a switch, 14 alligator clip pads, and lots of sensors: capacitive touch, IR proximity, temperature, light, motion and sound. A whole wide world of electronics and coding is waiting for you, and it fits in the palm of your hand.
