The rarest Atari 2600 accessory: the Stick Station #Atari #Consoles #VintageGaming

This is the Atari Stick Station. It is basically a plank that “converted” a Atari 2600 joystick into a fight stick.

It was available for a short time through mail order in 1983-84 and it is now one of the rarest accessory for the 2600.

The Stick Station was sold for $14.95 which was quite a bit of money in 1983 for what it is. It was offered in 2 colors (Poplar or Walnut finish) and could also be ordered for the Wico Joystick.

See this Twitter thread for details and Vintage Computing for more info.
