She-Ra – Tiara #3DThursday #3DPrinting

rabits shares:

She-Ra Princess of Power Tiara – the most beautiful part of She-Ra costume for Halloween 2021. The gem you also can print out of red transparent resin with a touch of sanding and polish or buy the existing one on amazon “KraftGenius Allstarco 40x30mm Red Ruby H103 Large Oval Acrylic Cabochons Pro Grade”.

The overhead is a bit fragile (especially when you put the gem inside), so you can enforce it by a solid wire. Also this will help with fasten tiara to wig, but in addition to ensure it sits well the bottom sides was tightened to neck by a thin invisible line (like fishing one, but for sewing machine and much thinner).

To print the left side just mirror the right side by X axis in your slicer.

Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!

Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!
