The Computer Museum is an online menu of retro computer emulators, ranging from a DEC PDP11/70 Minicomputer to a Palm III Handheld and many platforms in-between. Much of the documentation is in Chinese but emulators and computer descriptions are in English. From the site:
The Computer Museum website is a non-profit website maintained by an amateur, aiming at education and popular science. Its goal is to provide media archaeology and retro computing resources to enthusiasts in Chinese-speaking regions, including mainland China.
