The Mu Python Editor version 1.1.1 Stable released #MuEditor #Python #CircuitPython
Mu 1.1.1, the latest stable release of the Mu Python Editor is finally available after a lengthy contribution and beta period. So many upgrades and translations.
Due to limitations in the way Windows MSI installers work, we’re releasing this version as 1.1.1 (rather than 1.1.0).
Below is a video on the Making of Mu 1.1.0 which graphically shows contributions.
A quick video showing all the contributions, over time, to the Mu code editor. The circular blobs are source code files. The lines connecting them describe how the code is organized into directories. The color of the blobs tells you what sort of file they are.
The user avatars flying around the screen and “zapping” files, tell you who is making the changes to what file. Fun times, and thank you to all the contributors. The music is called “The Detached Observer” by RPLKTR (aka Łukasz Langa): rplktr.com, who you may know as the creator of the “black” code formatting tool but who is also a contributor to Mu too.
