The latest episode of Tim Hunkin’s The Secret Life of Components is out and it is as informative and charming as all of the other videos in the series.
This one is on screw threads and covers everything from tap and die and cutting threads on a lathe to the “family tree” of screw threads and standards to the dizzying variety of screw types.
The series is tagged as being for “makers and designers” and I think that every maker really would benefit greatly by watching this series.
