Milla Jovovich Tells the Story Behind Her Character LeeLoo from “The Fifth Element” #cyberpunk
In this 12-minute video, Milla Jovovich talks to Vogue about the origins of the costume, hair, language, and spirit behind LeeLoo, the iconic character she played in Luc Besson’s 1997 cyberpunky film, The Fifth Element.
Milla also talks about the beautiful “beginner’s mind” behind the character (where everything in the world is new and she responds in wonder and love to it all) and how that (the 5th element) has inspired her life and what she’s tried to pass on to her own children.
