Catching Up with Clickspring’s Antikythera Project
For years now, Chris at the YouTube channel Clickspring has been reverse engineering a copy of the infamous Antikythera Mechanism, a hard-to-believe 2nd century B.C. clockwork computer.
As much as possible, Chris has been trying to use the same technologies as would have been used during the creation of this incredible analog computer.
In this video in the series, the 11th, Chris inscribes the back plate of the device.
Have an amazing project to share? The Electronics Show and Tell is every Wednesday at 7:30pm ET! To join, head over to YouTube and check out the show’s live chat and our Discord!
