The VEML7700 Ambient Light Sensor from Vishay is able to measure lux values over a wide range of lighting conditions. However, the sensor has two settings that need to be adjusted depending on the lighting conditions – gain and integration time. Using default values may lead to limited or incorrect readings. A new guide page has been added that discusses how to adjust these parameters for different light levels.
