Hey, nothing that requires a response – just wanted to
give you folks some positive feedback. I have been reading about the
Raspberry Pi shortage and saw that you folks are going out of your way to
ensure scalpers don’t pick up multiple Pi’s and I just wanted to take a
minute to say thank you. In a time where profits always seem to come before
customers, it has become a rarity to see something like this in action. I
have several friends who have worked for Oren’s Coffee Roasters, several of
whom went on to work at Adafruit and I have heard nothing but good things
about your company and how it treats it’s workers (and it’s clear that you
folks treat your customers the same way).
Anyway, having worked in customer service for a while I know how rare it is
to actually hear something good from a customer, so I just wanted to take a
minute and share what an awesome company y’all are in the hopes that it
makes someone’s day a little better. Little decisions like this make all the
difference in the world and I am happy to encounter a company that actually
Stop breadboarding and soldering – start making immediately! Adafruit’s Circuit Playground is jam-packed with LEDs, sensors, buttons, alligator clip pads and more. Build projects with Circuit Playground in a few minutes with the drag-and-drop MakeCode programming site, learn computer science using the CS Discoveries class on code.org, jump into CircuitPython to learn Python and hardware together, TinyGO, or even use the Arduino IDE. Circuit Playground Express is the newest and best Circuit Playground board, with support for CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. It has a powerful processor, 10 NeoPixels, mini speaker, InfraRed receive and transmit, two buttons, a switch, 14 alligator clip pads, and lots of sensors: capacitive touch, IR proximity, temperature, light, motion and sound. A whole wide world of electronics and coding is waiting for you, and it fits in the palm of your hand.
