The Colors of Hot Water

In perfect light conditions steam and hot water surfaces can be iridescent! In this video on YouTube Posy not only shows this iridescence, but explains how light waves are scattered by steam droplets at difference angles which creates colors. Posy also shows how turbulence varies the water’s density and also bends light with dancing micro droplets on the water’s surface!
