In this Tested video, Adam talks to two of his cosplay heroes, the women known together as Cowbutt Crunchies. They talk about the elaborate costumes they make and the art of cosplay in general.
One great take-away tip about cosplay costume design: When doing a costume based on a character from TV, films, anime, etc., it’s easy to get caught up in trying to perfectly copy the costume, down to the last detail. They all agree that, first and foremost, it shouldn’t be about such fidelity, but rather the feel. The costume has to look and feel right on your body and fit the circumstances of your situation.
