In this video from Alex (French Guy Cooking), he tries out the Cooksy, a $300 digital cooking assistant that watches you as you cook (with both a regular and thermal camera) and provides step-by-step instructions.
In the end, Alex didn’t hate it, but he didn’t seem all that impressed, either. This might be useful for someone just learning to cook, but from a distance, it looks like technology that is not ready for prime time.
