Moka pots make a sludgy sort of quasi-espresso coffee. It isn’t my favorite. It is a fun device though and nice to have in your coffee making arsenal. I would love to see someone really fine tune the moka pot with some creative design.
Enter SunShine who almost gets there. Unlike me his biggest gripe with the brew method is the 4 minute wait time. In this video he partners with Alpha Laser to 3D print the most efficient base he could design. Fun video with and interesting 3D printing system
