‘Tis the season for a little festive mixology. This video looks at three of the most inexpensive methods for creating clear ice for drinks.
I love the third method, which is simply using an insulated travel tumbler. The impurities will settle to the bottom in the fridge and you just cut that part off. For square ice, you can use a small insulated cooler.
