DIY Projects Lab shows how to control WS2812 LEDs (NeoPixels) with a Raspberry Pi Pico W and the free Adafruit IO platform. Covered is how to connect the pixels to the Pico and how to control them with the Adafruit IO dashboard. Also how to set up an Adafruit IO dashboard to control the NeoPixels in real-time.

The tutorial covers how to get data from Adafruit IO and use the data from Adafruit IO to control NeoPixels. MicroPython code is used to control the Raspberry Pi Pico.
