I repurposed a Pi Zero W as MQTT broker/client + a mini servo to press the button when msg received. I made a “remote” using an Adafruit QT Py ESP32-s2 as MQTT client. It’s hidden in a pompom and sends a message to the Raspberry Pi Zero W when touched. The aesthetic of a pompom that’s a remote control with a matching yarn braided cable is everything!!
